Junk doors. The Fox Weldoor installed on my home didn't last a year before it broke. Replacing with an Anderson door.

We are a distributor for fox aluminum. Their storm doors are one of the better ones available and the pricing is pretty good for the quality of the door. But their customer service is probably the worst I have ever seen. i order from lots of manufacturers. Lead times are bad from all of them. but at least we can communicate with every other vendor we use. Fox will not respond to our quote requests. we have to beg for confirmations so they know they received our orders. The ordering process is terrible. We are pretty much being forced to stop ordering from them due to the lack of response & communication from them

Purchased a Fox Aluminum Harmony Series 2100. Had the door installed by Storm Seal. With in a year and a half the door was blistering just above the door handle. This door is in a completely covered area so it doesn't see much sun or rain. The door is not worth the money. Fox Aluminum does not have a warranty and has no desire to make things right. Customer service is terrible. Do not buy this product. Do not deal with this company.
