Terrible company to work with. Had a contract for them to supply and install a powder coated door. Took three times as long to get it. After the door was installed, we contacted them to inform them the powder coat did not bond to the door. They wanted to argue that it was and it was done how they always do it so it had to be right. I ended up having a specialist come and do a test on the door, since they were unwilling to come look at it themselves, to determine the quality of the product.

I sent them the report, they said anyone can find issues with something if they are looking for it. I asked to speak with the owner and it took three employees before one of them gave me his info. I spoke to the owner and he said he was not involved and retired, but refused to give me the info of the "new" management. Turns out he is still the owner involved on a daily basis and finally said I need to send him a certified letter frim an attorney if I want to have them do anything about it. I would never work with them again, terrible customer service, product, and responsibility for work from top to bottom.
