We've been using Monarch Doors for awhile now. They are thorough and polite. My installer stopped on his way to work to see if anything special was needed for the repair. He promptly returned with his work vehicle and took care of the repair. Ashley was great at keeping me informed about when repairs would happen. Will recommend and use in the future.

Monarch saved the day for me! I had a garage door falling off its hinges after a power outage and most places I called were two weeks out to send someone out to fix it. Not Monarch! They sent someone out the very next morning and didn't charge me some crazy extra money to come out quickly either. Their prices were very fair as well. The technician that fixed my garage was knowledgeable, polite, neat and efficient. The salesman I dealt with was great too and helped me choose a new garage opener that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Monarch Door Company. You won't be disappointed!

From the time we walked in the showroom, everyone was so friendly and professional. We were probably there for an hour and a half or so learning about the different doors and making our decisions. Chad was very knowledgeable, and never tried to pressure us into anything we didn't want. Installation was also fantastic, as the installer explained everything he was going to do, and cleaned up 100% when the job was done. I would recommend Monarch to anyone looking for new garage doors, either basic or custom. They have them all!

The sales rep that came to my home was polite and knowledgeable AND he was on time. He explained the doors I was interested in, all the options that were available and he answered all my questions. When the doors arrived at Monarch, they called me and scheduled an installation date. The technician arrived on time, he was courteous and polite. He installed both doors efficiently and made sure that they operated correctly and made sure we were satisfied with the doors and the installation.

He packed up the old doors, tracks, rails and related hardware and took them away with him. I would not hesitate to use Monarch Door Company in the future, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a top notch company to replace their overhead garage doors.

Having a non-standard opening for a much needed garage door replacement made me a little nervous about the outcome. The sales representative addressed all my concerns and took time to patiently answer and explain. I am very pleased with the appearance and operation of my new door. The installation was done very quickly and efficiently by the installer who is also great at customer service. Giving Monarch a rating of 12 out of ten!
