This company is great. We bought about 35 - 40 windows when we did a huge renovation of our house roughly 15 years ago. The windows are fine and work great as of this date (June 2022). However, out of the 35 windows, two of them recently got a small fog in them. I called the company and, within a month, they sent workers to my house to inspect the windows. Then, a short time later, workers came and replaced the glass for FREE. The two fogged windows are fixed and look as good as new. The lifetime warranty this company offers is great (longer than Anderson). This is a very reputable company

Overall a very positive experiance with Tri-State WIndows. The vinyl windows are well made. Tight fit opening and closing the windows. Positive engagement with the locks. The installation went pretty smooth. The stand alone double hungs and a kitchen slider were no problem. The only issue I am not happy about is the half round install in my living room. I didn't notice until after the old window was out of the frame was the installers were using interior materials on the exterior of the house.
They told me that Tri-State did not have a proper installation kit for the half round. They did a real messy job with the install. From the street it looks fine. But up close it's not a professional job. They used caulking to fill gaps that were to big because the materials they used to finish the install did not match the roundness of the window. You get a lifetime warranty, so I guess we'kk see how it holds up. I would recommend if you have a half round window you're replacing is to find a different installer. Just my opinion. Fred L. I live in Long Beach and had the majority of my windows replaced by Tristate Window Factory approximately 8 years ago. Their windows are better rated for energy efficiency than most of the other major, more expensive brands. Just recently i had them replace 3 sliding doors and my 4 front windows. I ordered the triple insulated windows for the front due to street noise and they really work. The crew was awesome!
They were on time, the installation was perfect and, when they left, they cleaned up so well i had nothing to do. Thank you to David Sacks, our sales person, and the entire team at Tristate! I am an insurance adjuster and would have no problem referring them to my clients! Such an easy and painless process and I truly love the product! John N. Long Beach, N.Y.

Installed several of Tri state premium windows. I thought I was getting a solid quality product. I received the opposite. These windows are extremely inferior products. From day one I have had problems with leaks, hardware & integrity issues. Finally, the triple glass was advertised (by salesman) to be noise suppressing, NOT! It sounds like the windows are open when they are in fact closed. With the windows shut, I can hear people outside talking, not exactly noise dampening at the least.
The last reason I would never use Tri state is their installers where more like butchers. No pride in their. Work very shoddy quick install. Oh I almost forgot, when you call their service department, you will typically wait about two months for the same grumpy individual to show up. Stay away from Tri state. I would never use or recommend Tri state ever!

We just completed a project with Tri-State Windows and everything from start to finish was perfect. We replaced 12 windows and a sliding patio door. We are thrilled. The process started with Brian who came to our home to explain options and pricing. We were welcomed at the showroom to see products more closely and we were very impressed with the products they produce in house. Lastly Orlando and his crew were wonderful for installation. They did made sure everything was done with the greatest attention to detail. We have another 17 windows to replace and we will call Tri State Windows only when that time comes.
