Great customer service! Had a horible experience with another installer MCS Glass and then found Fresno Shower Door. Rene in the office was wonderful and so helpful. She listened to what I was looking for, showed me styles, gave me a rough quote. The next week Dillon came out and measured and the same week he gave a very reasonable quote. Was told 2 to 4 weeks for installation and within 3 weeks had my new shower door installed. Exactly what I wanted, very professional installers. Would highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you all so much.

This place has the most horrible customer service. I am a new owner of the newly built Lennar home, the shower door was delayed for my final walk thru/keys. I was scheduled on a Saturday 1-4 pm and told they will call me 30 minutes before coming out hence I do not live in the property as yet and can be there in 10 minutes. Long story short. Renee the front Sales customer blamed me for missing the appointment at 0930, said they left a call, voice mail, and a sign in the front.
I had no voicemail or call from them. I promptly told my story, and the first of my appointment was at 1-4 pm and I said it's not nice to blame the customer. She argued back, and said do you want an appointment or not? She was absurdly rude and unprofessional. Talking to me like she is scolding a child or worst. I proceed to ask to talk to the supervisor, Dillion was able to calm and was able to sort things out with good communication skills. Renee should be fired! I never got an apology from her.

We had a broken shower magnet in our home in San Luis Obispo and Preston at Fresno Shower Door in the central coast had a new one dropped off at our house and my tenant was able to install it and all worked out great. Preston could not have been nicer or more helpful. Will use them for sure should we ever need a new shower enclosure!

I am a Farmers Insurance Agency Owner and my clients had an install done in their home. There was a faulty installation and the clients had severe water damage and mold. It was found that the leak was coming from the shower door which was installed 10 months prior to discovery and mind you, the mold was growing long before they discovered it. My client contacted a plumber from A and D leak detection and they determined the leak was coming from the faulty installed door frame.
My client then called Fresno Shower Door and they sent out two reps to look at the situation. When they were there they told my client that the door and frame were not installed correctly. My client thought they were going to help him fix the issue they caused, but their attorney only offered them $5,000 to fix it but the damage cost a lot more than that. Then about a week or two later the attorney retracted what he said and stated that he wouldn't pay for any damages. I would not recommend using them as this was very poor business conduction. Not happy.
