Arry was so helpful and knowledgeable about a specific Baldwin door part we needed. We had a Baldwin door handle that was stuck and so we couldn't use the door. We didn't know the part number or how to replace it so my husband drove from shop to shop with the part in hand until someone recommended he go see Arry. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. She went out of her way to contact the manufacturer and get us the part number and the Baldwin warranty contact info. She got zero money from the interaction and she went above and beyond! We will definitely look for opportunities to give her business in the future. Exceptional service!
