Was attempting to get information regarding getting a garage door fixed. Woman that I spoke to was extremely rude and belittling. She did not take the time to try to understand what I was asking her. When I told her that I would have my husband call and speak with them to get better information (since she was not even giving me time to try to explain) she became condescending. Will definitely be finding another, more friendly, and less hostile place for our needs.

Just really nice folks, a good company. Friendly, knowledgeable, conscientious, and dependable. We've used them for replacement garage doors, a new opener on the door that was previously only manual, always prompt on the few service calls we've had over the years. Today the technician came out to install a whole new opener which is what I thought we needed, and had the unit on his truck. He checked it out and said he could easily fix the problem we had with the original unit's design (not their product BTW, it was installed when the house was built) which saved us hundreds of dollars. Could have just come out and done the install, but instead solved the problem in 15 minutes and waaayyy less $. That's integrity. Loyal for life now.
