Caleb, the technician, was amazing. He was courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Not only did he install a new wall console, but he provided excellent instructions on using the menu. He also guided me on using the MyQ app to alert me if I left the garage door open. Thank you, Caleb. I so appreciate your service.

We called Hoosier Overdoors on Thursday and Friday Roger came out at 11:30 AM to determine what the problem was. By 12:20 PM Roger was able to put our door back in working order again. We were very pleased with his work and the price was very reasonable.

Nice to do business with. Roger came out the same day within 45 minutes of me calling. He took one look at the inside of the garage door and knew what was wrong, which was totally different from what I thought it was. Fast friendly service and very reasonable price to fix garage door. I would use them again for sure and highly recommend them. I'll be calling them again to do a full replacement of the door probably within a year as it's 27 yrs old and a bit beat up.
