I have an older home that was in need of all new windows. It was actually my dad that found this company for me (the old fashioned way) in an old phone book that he had. I had such a great experience with Paul and their technicians installing windows in my first and second floor last year, that I hired them again to replace all the windows in my basement. The quotes that Paul provided us were quite reasonable and fair compared to others. I've noticed that can be a reason for concern because you never know what you're going to get these days. Thankfully, they were very courteous, patient and professional while handling my projects. They were great dealing with the obstacles of bars in some windows and my bathroom window being stuck due to age. I highly recommend this company for window installation.

This review is so long overdue; a friend of mine introduced me to Gary Saks almost 20 years ago when I needed some windows for my Country Market and Ice cream shop. It was so nice dealing with Gary Saks and US Vinyl and the windows were so well made that I had them do more windows for a rental property that I have in Silver Spring, Md. One day a tenant called me to inform me that the neighbor had brought his drum set outside and was playing, I said that I would make a call to get him to stop but he said there was no need.

I asked him to explain and he said the reason that he called was to tell me how happy he was with the windows that were made by Mr. Saks (US Vinyl) because when he closed the windows it was silent and needed the contact info for a friend that needed windows made. I was so impressed with Gary Saks, US Vinyl and the quality of their windows that I wouldn't hesitate calling US Vinyl for more windows in fact I have another project coming up and you can bet that I will be calling US Vinyl. They have high quality windows and doors. The people in the office are very professional and they go the extra mile for their client. The installers do an amazing job and they always leave the work site and houses clean.

This review is many years late but this company installed 23 windows and a patio door in my home in 2006. The windows are excellent--still! The savings on my electric bill was amazing ( I have an all electric house and my electric bills were enormous). This company provided me professional service, a great product at an affordable price. I can't say enough about how pleased I am 9 years later.

I had 20 windows replaced by a crew from US Vinyl. They were AWESOME! It took 3 men, working like a well oiled machine, less than a day to remove, size, configure the surround and replace all 20 windows on a very hot day. They were courteous, they put up with my hovering and questions, they were very respectful, very professional and very friendly. You could tell they enjoyed working with each other; each man knew his part of the process and did it well.

There was a small language barrier because I don't hear well and couldn't understand everything they said because of their accents but I would have them all back any time for any type of work. I would recommend them in a NY second to anyone who is thinking about window replacement.
