Had new garage replacement doors with all the fixings installed by Sal's Team. Great to work with before and during the sale. We had a real noisy set (screeching sounds) and made a call for them to come out. Real responsive and arrived within a week. Noise problems resolved. This is the test of a business, how they respond after you buy from them. Grade them an A for this. If you're looking for new garage doors these are the guys to work with.

Sal and his crew have always been timely, professional and most of all, on top of things. I recently had the need to have them out to the house for a repair and since they had just done a service for me recently, didn't bother to charge me for the visit. And the issues were not related so he was more than entitled to ask for payment. A first class operation and top shelf crew.

Sal's crew did a super professional job installing new motorized garage doors. They found some issues with the old system, including multiple broken springs and no safety line. 100% would recommend!

Two doors had previously installed by a friend who was an amateur. He didn't do it everyday and within 15 minutes of Sal's arrival, he diagnosed 6 problems on one of the doors. As he moved through each of the fixes to the 6 problems, the door flow got better and better. All the new door technology is great but only great when the install to an old home is done well. Since this was an emergency call, we'll certainly have SOD come back. He did a great job!

Great customer service when I called in and kept to the scheduled date which was appreciated. Upgraded to a new Smart Garage Opener and Sal was helpful on how to set that up. Second time we have used SOD since purchasing our home, will 100% use again. Thank you!

No longer being a vendor does not excuse poor service for not returning a call. Had the misfortune of Saugus Overhead Door being assigned to my home warranty claim. I have left multiple voicemails over a 2 week period and have not heard from anyone. The other reviews must be from family members. Response to owner: Please check your phone records. At no time did i receive a call from your office nor was a voicemail received.
The original installers are not known as AHS warranty was a gift from our realtor when purchasing the home. It was AHS that assigned the case to Saugus as a vendor of theirs. Please do not try to make this sound like you provided any service. No one called and in fact, even AHS has notes that they were unable to reach you.
