I have used these guys a few times over the years never disappointed. They do great work even at some of the old houses that I thrown at them. Polite, in and out no mess and affordable.

Outstanding service and work! Megan in the office was courteous, friendly, informed and accommodating. Thanks to Cory and Jimmy for their prompt arrival, diagnosis and solving a fairly involved job.

Terrible customer service. I called to get a quote and the woman who answered was rude and had a terrible attitude. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Doors were installed 5 years and have been great. Had a problem today and I called for a service call. Instead he walked me through a repair over the phone and it worked great. Saved me time and money. Great service.

I was having problems with my garage doors and remote controls, which were 15 years old. Jim answered all of my questions via phone calls and texts over several days, trying to help me troubleshoot. He went way above and beyond the call of duty. Eventually when I reached a road block, Jim drove a long way to get to my home and spent 4 hours fixing my garage doors and remotes, while telling amusing stories the entire time. He really knows his stuff and his company provides great customer service. I'd recommend him highly.

A huge "thank you" to Jim Mitchell of @Beverly Overhead Garage Door! He came out to my client's home within HOURS of being called to fix a very finicky garage door system. And while Jim was there, he even helped out (like a champ) a solo guy trying to move a super heavy & awkward front load washer down the steps! Honestly, it wouldn't have happened if Jim hadn't come to the rescue! A real professional who knows garage doors better than anyone, and a heart of gold! Call Jim at Beverly Overhead Garage Door, you'll be glad you did!
