Had my windshield replaced. The technician damaged my vehicle, never informed me of damage, then tried to hide it. Now, I have to fix the plastic cover he bent, by removing and heating it, to straighten it out. Then I have to fix the dented metal and paint it. Mark (the manager) offered to pay for the touch up paint. I declined. All I wanted was an explanation on why I wasn't told about the damage and an apology from the tech. Got neither.

Called today and having someone come to the property in 24 hours for a glass window repair. The only company that was kind and understanding on the phone. I haven't even had the project quoted and I highly recommend

After 10 days of getting the run around with Safelite I called Cape and Island Monday Afternoon. Wednesday AM they showed up on time, as promised and installed the new windshield. No hassle and was able to work directly with the shop. Bigger isn't always better. Highly satisfied.
