Absolutely the worst service and customer service we have ever dealt with. Called numerous times, spoke with them about receiving a quote, sent all the requested information, followed up via e-mail numerous times and was told that "I fell through the cracks". When we disclosed our discontentment on this response, their response was even worse. Would give this company 0 stars if I could. How do you conduct a business by not quoting or returning people's phone calls and e-mails? Highly recommend to look elsewhere.

Went to the showroom. The folks there were great. Still waiting for "the estimator" to acknowledge my request to have a high end shower door installed. I realize that companies are busy and booked up; However, if you don't need my business please say so and I will move on.

Great home town customer service. I had a lantern that the glass broke in a move. It was used in both my daughters' weddings so I didn't want get rid of it. Falmouth glass replaced it on the spot for free. They have all my glass business for life.

I recently worked with Joe at Falmouth Glass to come and measure my custom shower project. Joe was extremely responsive, easy to work with, knowledgeable, and professional. He drove a long distance and was very willing to accommodate my schedule. All things considered, THE best contractor I have ever worked with. I would definitely recommend.
