Vinyl Shingles
Our vinyl shingle solutions combine classic aesthetics with modern durability. Using Mastic Cedar Discovery products, we replicate authentic wood shingle appearance without maintenance requirements. Typar housewrap waterproofing ensures structural protection while energy-efficient materials reduce utility costs. Projects include full installation with color-matched accents and trim coordination.
Composite Decks
AZEK composite decking transforms aging wood structures into maintenance-free outdoor spaces. Our process includes frame reinforcement, galvanized steel hanger installation, and premium composite material application. Clients receive lifetime durability with modern design options and complete cleanup guaranteed.
Window Replacement
Harvey Energy Star windows feature low-E glass and argon gas for maximum efficiency. We install vinyl replacement units with block-and-tackle balance systems for smooth operation. Options include divided light patterns and exterior grid applications to match Cape Cod architectural styles.
Aluminum Trim
Custom-formed aluminum trim provides permanent protection against weather damage. Our installation method uses concealed fasteners for factory-finish appearance. Includes beadboard soffit installation and ventilation integration to prevent attic moisture issues.
Home Remodeling
Full-service exterior transformations combine multiple improvements for cohesive results. Services include coordinated scheduling, material selection guidance, and owner-supervised execution. Projects range from single-element upgrades to complete home makeovers with guaranteed timeline adherence.

Marc recently did work on our home in South Dennis and we are very happy with the outcome. The scope included new plywood sheathing, new windows, vinyl shake siding and composite trim. Marc stayed in touch with us throughout the project and made several suggestions to get the best result possible. I would certainly recommend Marc and his team.

Rude owner and poor work. They left our place a mess and the quality of work was pretty bad. I'm easy going but I couldn't live with the mistakes and hired another company to redo the trim. Will never hire them again.

Marc and his team did a superb job with residing our home and replacing all the trim. It is a 75 year old house - but, because of the work that Denardo Home Improvement did, it looks like it was built yesterday. The attention to detail from installation to clean-up was top notch. We highly recommend Marc and his team!
