I ordered a top of the line LiftMaster Garage Door Opener, Model 87504-267. The next business day it was installed. The appointment time was from 1pm - 4pm. The installer arrived at 5pm. The late arrival appeared to have been an issue with the scheduling dept within the company. Anyway, Juan the installer was very courteous and professional. He went right to work. The install took approximately 45 minutes. Outstanding in my opinion. Juan was very neat during his installation period. After installation he went through the MyQ setup with me, and everything worked the first time. I highly recommend this company and especially Juan as an installer.

I am so impressed with this company. They were referred to me from another company that could not come out to fix our garage door for a couple of days, so they gave me Actions phone number. I called first thing Wednesday morning and Liz had a tech out within a couple of hours. The techs name was Elliot, very prompt, personable and had our garage door fixed in no time. I would highly recommend this company.

Action Automatic Door Company completely stiffed me. I made an appointment for "Service". No one showed and when I contacted the Company they made no attempt to rectify the situation. I took off work. Made a follow up call. And they still screwed it up. Needless to say I will move on to another company and will never use or recomend this company.

Our garage door kept getting stuck when it was opening up. It would take about three tries before it would go all the way up. So I called Action door and they were even willing to come out same day but worked with me on my schedule. They even came out a day early when there was a cancellation which I thought was great. Al showed up after calling about 45 minutes ahead of time during a terrible snowstorm to let me know he was on his way.
He was very friendly. After about a half an hour of work on the door he had it back in fine shape. He explained everything clearly in a way that was easily understood and also informed me that one of the settings on the garage door opener was incorrectly set. He adjusted this as well as it could've damaged the door. The service car was $175 which, to be honest, seemed a little high (4 stars), but again the service and the friendliness of Al made it worthwhile.
