Had the door guys out to fix a cable and address some other issues, they fixed what was broken and came across another issue. They got ahold of me and where out the next day to solve the issue. Door now works like it should.

We had a different company come out and say that we needed a new garage door opening system. The Door Guys were able to schedule us quickly and came out promptly for the appointment time. They found the problem was simply sensors not being positioned correctly and the door needed some routine maintenance items. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. They did a great job and the price was excellent. Highly recommend!

Mike and Phil came to our rescue recently. We were having trouble with our recently installed door. It was originally done by another private contractor. They came out in the morning and diagnosed the problem and then returned later in the day with the parts and materials needed to make the door work properly. I am grateful for the service they provided and the expertise they used in making a problem go away. It has been working well ever since. Norm in Cardington, OH
