I do not recommend seven D industries windows.we have a new construction home and this is the first winter for the windows. contacted them in November when window would not close. that had many excuses why they could not send anyone out to look at why we are having this problem. also Eliot will never answer phone calls or return phone calls. i have just received a email stating that room temp and cold window will cause water and ice. I think that we need to focus on the first problem of getting the window latched.

The only reason I gave your company one star is because I could not post my review otherwise. We built a new home and moved in February of 2021. From the get go we had condensation on the inside of our windows. This fall when my husband was making sure all of the windows were locked he found that he could not lock them. We have been dealing with Eliot since the fall and are just getting the run around.
No one has come to look at them and now "because it is winter" they won't send anyone out. Right now we are in a very cold weather pattern and now have ice on the inside of our windows. When speaking with our builder, who has built over 350 quality homes he said he has been receiving other complaints of the same problem. He only suggested this company due to the supply shortage of Anderson Windows.
He is done with this company. Eliot has excuse after excuse for our problems. We will continue to follow through on this issue. Our time and money is valuable and we are not satisfied with our windows, but especially unsatisfied with their lack of customer service. DO NOT BUY WINDOWS FROM THIS COMPANY.

7d industries door was put in my house. It has leaked air from day one. My contractor whl construction could/would not fix it. Avis Building supply got me in contact with 7d industries. 7d industries has only told me how to fix with all the reasons in the world why they can not send a tech. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

As a retail lumber yard we have come to rely heavily on 7D to meet the needs of our customers with a well made, quality, affordable vinyl window option. I have sold thousands of these over the past 15 years and installed numerous ones personally and have always had great success and almost never any issues or call backs compared to some larger "brand name" window companies! Great value and affordable window options without sacrificing quality! I would recommend to anyone.

Never bought through them but I have got sent there to work once through a temp agency. Let me start off by saying I can see why they have such a high turnover rate. The people in there don't train you & expect you to know how to do everything expected of you from the moment you walk in there. And when someone finally does come to help you they teach you the wrong thing then you get in trouble. Not to mention there's like 2 bathrooms in the whole huge factory and they're all unsanitary to the point I'd hold it til I got home. My recommendation is. DONT WORK THERE. You'll thank me later for this
