This product/company is a godsend for older/crooked houses that experience soggy basements. Our basement window wells are now dry and allow in light. Will (assuming the owner or chief engineer) takes the time to make sure your measurements are correct. This is very important! Obviously not the cheapest solution, but certainly a good investment.

Excellent product of the highest quality! It does exactly what I needed it to do, it keeps the rain from collecting in the well and thus coming in my basement. We purchased 12 custom window Wells from this company over 20 years ago. They were quality construction and not 1 has broken down. Really happy with their approach and work. Customer service was also excellent.

I ordered an egress window well cover from The Window Bubble. Upon request, they send a sample of the actual plexiglass the cover is made from prior to ordering. Their easy-to-follow instructions are measuring the cover size make the process simple. Each cover is individually made to order, so there is a bit of a wait time from order to receiving the product, but this is clearly stated on their Web site.
The window well cover is hands down the best one I've ever seen. The ones in the local home stores are garbage compared to this. I liked the cover on my egress window well so much, I ordered two more for my smaller window wells. These will never have to be replaced. The people at The Window Bubble are very helpful, and communication is simple and easy. Go for the investment the first time around. You'll be glad you did. Oh! And the cover looks great, too.
