We had been having troubles with our sliding doors and didn't want to spend a ton on someone coming out. Blaine's came out and actually fixed our door right then and there! The two men were super nice and quick. And the pricing was great, especially since they did it same day. So glad we called them Highly recommend!

I called a different place to inquire about service. Price was extremely high so I called Blaine to inquire about parts and turned out to be the same place very confusing. They sold me the part which was an operator for a jalousie window. I brought in the old operator and the sold me one with a different handle which didn't fit my application. I called to ask about getting a different handle and was told they didn't make that anymore and wouldn't let me return it. I ended up improvising and making it fit. After further research Home Depot had the one I needed for half the price. Not a good first experience.

Blaine Service and Supply replaced both a shed and garage window at my home. The garage window replacement was especially a money saver after Home Depot suggested I replace the entire top tier of the garage door as the window was no longer being manufactured. They are easy to work with, flexible in scheduling, provide integrity in their service and are reasonable in pricing. So glad they are in business.

Back in June my company ordered 6 Balancers for our customer. I was told a 3 to 4 week lead time. I started calling the end of July. I leave messages, I text, I email, I get no response. if I do happen to get in contact with someone I leave my name and number for a call back and never get on. i don't understand why I can't get a return phone call. Very unprofessional. I will make sure I tell everyone I know.

Had some sliding door screens in dire need of screen replacement. After providing photos and door measurements, they installed the screens (on a blazing hot day no less) in under 1 hour. The screens are installed well, and look great. Will call them again if we need screen or window service.

Quality service with a name you can trust. I highly recommend Blaine Service and Supply. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy. And they're prices are very reasonable, especially for a mom n pop shop. You're not gonna get that kind of customer service from a big box retailer. What more could you ask for.

After 45 years, my in-laws moved into a townhouse. Of course, the sliding windows didn't work -- they wouldn't slide when my 78 year old mother in-law tried to open it. When I took the window out, the brass rollers were either missing or completely destroyed. I went to Google, found out that Home Depot carried them, ordered them online and waited.and waited.

In the meantime, my mother inlaw wanted her window fixed (do you know her?) So, back to Google and found Blaine Service and Supply. Sent them a text, found out they had the part, drove over, picked it up and installed the same night. Thanks to Monica for her help and advice on the install -- really nice! Still waiting on Home Depot! It pays to go local.it pays to go to Blaine's!

Thank you Blaine. LOVE my new replacement windows! Blaine replaced 3 very dated window in our family room and they are amazing. We were told by the manufacturer that the entire window would have to be replaced. Called and spoke with Monica and she did some research and yes it could be done. Joe came out to do the install and was very efficient and professional. What a great experience. I love working with family owned businesses, will be doing business with them in the future.

Blaine Service and supply was recommended to me for replacement parts for my Patio door. I went there and talked to Matt, Monica and Emil. All 3 treated me as if I was family. They had the parts I needed and explained what I needed to do. I met the serviceman Joe also on my way home. Very polite, professional and personable. I will take my screen door there for them to fix this week. I would definitely recommend this company for all you're needs.

My family and I have used Blaine for many years now. They are a small family owned business that goes above and beyond with service and knowledge of window repair and parts. We have had many repairs and parts serviced through them and each and every time have been satisfied. I would recommend Blaine to anyone. They are good people with knowledge of the business!

What began as a recommendation from Feldco to have some window's repaired (I'm replacing the majority of my windows) and me wanting to support a local, small business, ended up with me writing my first negative review of ANY business. I have nothing to say about the quality of their product/repair service, but I have a lot to say about their. unprofessional, borderline disrespectful customer service, perhaps better put as their LACK of customer service and absolute lack of follow through.

The one lesson that I learned is to carefully consider customer reviews before considering a business. There is a clear theme among the negative reviews (plenty of them) and it goes back to their lack of customer service. Again, I wanted to support a small local business- I will continue to support small local businesses. Blaine Service and Supply doesn't deserve a nickel of my money. If you're considering them, check all the reviews-I recommend looking elsewhere.

2 double pane windows, 1 broke on outside, 1 on inside.both fixed very efficiently within 3 days! (would have been 2, but I made it an extra day!) Nice guys doing it, very friendly! and considerate! I would highly recommend!

Highly recommended for very professional services. They came out and repaired the fogged windows and replaced a broken window operator.

Nice service on some casement window operators. 10% less than the online competition and 50% less than the local supplier (even though Blaine had to pay for shipping. Priority mail USPS!). I would definitely use Blaine for mail order parts. Being able to use PayPal is a super plus. Since I am Colorado and out of their service area, I can't comment on their glass service.

They were supposed to show up twice at my boss's lift and never showed. Very unprofessional company!
