I had Bonnet install a vertical lift door and opener well over a year ago, and could not be happier with everything they did. It's an great system, and we love it. Just over a week ago, we were packing for a Jamaican getaway the next morning, when we noticed an issue with our door cable. It's always the worst time! I reached out to them with no expectation of anyone being able to address my issue before I left, but with hope that once I got home I could get it done quickly.

I spoke with Samantha over the phone and explained my situation. She was incredible! She said she was going to try and take care of it before the end of the day if she could, and she did! Within a few hours I had a crew in my driveway. I left for Jamaica the next morning with a repaired cable, a completely fine-tuned opening system, and a huge sense of relief.
