I would highly recommend this company from the professionalism they displayed at every point during my process. From the responsiveness of the office staff especially the production manager Aaron. To the great salesman Christian who patiently went over my options and choices. To my project manager Joel who explained what was being done in each step during my roof installation. Also the actual crew took extreme care while doing the installation and also during clean up to ensure that nothing was left behind that could hurt my kids or my dog.
Again I would highly recommend this company it is family owned and during this entire process they treat you like you are one of their own family members to ensure that each step is painless and they show they really care. They made sure I was well informed as was treated with respect, if I could give them 10 stars I would.

I called this company after interviewing another company that seemed to care more about their profit than helping me with an issue. Hans from American Customer Contractors come out and was upfront and honest from the beginning. No big sales pitch, beating around the bush, etc. We both agreed to have a claim submitted and he was there when the adjustor showed up. I ended up getting a full replacement which I strongly believe was due to Han's professionalism about the issues with the roof.
After the proposal was signed, I began working with Joel who was the PM for the job. He came out to discuss the plan of action, left his contact number for any questions, and assured me he would be there each day to oversee the job. Both Hans and Joel are 5-star contractors and greatly appreciated their response, professionalism, and honesty throughout the process. By the way, I am a 14-year real estate agent, so I know when someone is not being upfront. This company is highly recommended. I am going to recommend them to my clients when in need.

American Custom Contractors were unlike any of the other roof repair companies they were professional they did everything by the book and they held our hand through the entire process. Christian Frank and Luis made sure that everything got done and completed and made sure everything was Meticulously cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend them to anybody that wants their house taken good care of!
