We had a very challenging situation where several custom windows needed replacement. Fichtner knew exactly what to do (other contractors did not), had Marvin windows made, and installed them. Not fast or inexpensive, but they kept up apprised throughout and did a beautiful job. Service: General window replacement

From estimate to completion, top notch service from all involved. Steve's estimate was fair/reasonable pricing which proved to be on target, and any additional costs from issues that arose relayed real-time for authorization. Crew Supervisor, Jan, on-site each day and stayed with crews to ensure swift/accurate communication and material deliveries for repairs. Each crew that performed work was highly professional and considerate and performed quality work. Great experience, and highly recommended.
