We had Capitol replace our windows and install our fence. They were courteous and prompt. I highly recommend them.

We signed the contract on October 28th; the contact was finalized on November 4th. They deposited the check within 48 hours of receiving it. 145 days later, and still no windows. only a handful of delays, backed by shallow apologies and depthless excuses. Regardless of window dimensions and having to special order them, they've had ample time to gather everything necessary for a smooth install. Today was the date they finally gave us to replace the windows.

I really wish I could say the appointment was made. but unfortunately a truck breaking down was the nail in the coffin for the day. Upon asking when they would be free to do it next, we received a simple "I'm not sure." All we wanted were new windows, but we obviously underestimated just how big of a task this was for them.

I highly recommend this company. Prices were competitive and the customer service was excellent. We had replacement windows installed and Tim Womack, who has years of experience, did a great job. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful of our home. Service: Window installation

The expense of new windows and doors is not an easy idea. They make it so much better. Will have to update after mine are installed.
