I am so grateful to this company and its employees. Out of towners visiting a property that had a window in need of repair. Keith Window did not stock the parts needed because there are over 70 parts that match this one particular item. He and one of his staff took the time to investigate and found that the part might take quite a while to get. So, he improvised and found something that we could use.
He not only did that but showed us step by step the process to install. He took a lot of time and care with us and we are now fans and customers for life. I highly recommend. Can't say enough about the service provided. DK & Rob

They are ok. I had them price two windows to replace, took a week and then they showed up and only did one said thats all they new about. Odd because i was on phone with them when they measured both and gave me price. But the one they did was ok. Probably check around next time though
