We are very pleased with the service regarding out two garage doors. The technician who installed the windows for one of our doors the other day went out of his way to make sure both doors were up to par. Great job!

Very easy transaction. Got a quote on-line. Talked to a salesperson about it and made a tweak. I was notified when the doors came in. Set up an installation date. A guy shows up and installs the doors and gives me a little tutorial. I pay on-line. Game over!

Champlain Door not only gave me emergency help before a snowstorm when my garage door was stuck, they installed a new door a few weeks later that was a real improvement on the original. Professional, responsive and friendly.
