I would highly recommend Next Door and Window to anyone interested in new windows or doors. The product manager Brian kept me updated on the production of my windows and door with a projected installation date. Customer service is courteous, cheerful and helpful. Amer my salesman was experienced in the products and addressed all questions and provided extensive detail of all aspects of the project. Installers Gedi(windows) and Rafal (door) were professional, detailed, experienced and mindful of cleanliness of the work area and my premises. All debris was removed by the company. Next Door and Window in my view is a quality company.

We needed new windows and a sliding glass patio door. We live in a townhome and our HOA only allowed for a handful of approved window types. I reached out to Marvin, the manufacturer of one of the approved windows. They put me in contact with Next Door and Window and we are glad they did. We got 3 quotes and next door and window was the best. Their sales associates Amir was professional, polite and helpful.
There price was even full service. The install team came and took down all window coverings and hung them back up with when they were done. Install went through quick and with no issues. Thank you Next Door!

The current logistics issues in the country resulted in a delay of several months for Next Door and Window to receive the window we purchased. ND&W kept us well informed of the status of the window every step of the way. As soon as it arrived, they quickly set up an appointment with us. The window and the installer arrived right on time. Chris, the installer worked for long hours, sometimes in the cold and the rain outdoors, and did a high quality professional job inside and out.
During installation, a quality inspector from Next Door and Window reviewed the work to assure that everything was satisfactory. We would definitely use Next Door and Window, especially if they have Chris do the job.

I purchased a sliding glass door with installation of same. Pricing seemed fair until well into the final purchasing paperwork (at their store) when they disclosed that for the price we were discussing, the inside of the door would not come painted. It would cost an additional $1300 to have it done at the factory. Ridiculous. This is an exorbitant cost and should have been made clearer much earlier in the sales / discussion process.
I decided to move forward with the purchase, but paint the inside portion myself. This will be a pain, and is something I did not want to do. The installation took pretty much all day which was OK because there was a lot of custom work and fitting. The installer was excellent to work with and his craftsmanship was wonderful. Now I have to paint the darn thing.

I used Next Door and Windows five years ago to replace exterior doors to my home and had a wonderful experience. So when I needed to replace the windows in the upper level of my home I contacted them again. From the sales call to the installation, everything was done on time and professionally. Bought new front and screen doors. Entire experience was great. Very professional sales and installation. Kept us updated throughout the process leading up to installation. Was able to install within 2 days from calling me. Installer took his time to make sure it was done right. Very clean installation too. Highly recommend. Makes the front of our house look great!
