Great window manufacturer who stands behind their product. Replaced 30+ windows in the entire house and a patio door 8 years ago. Have had a few windows with failed glass and now had all replaced under warranty at no cost to us. Could not be happier with the product and the support. We live on large acreage in an area exposed to the elements. Even when it's -20 outside the windows are warm to the touch! Love them!

3/2/2022 Purchased 3 Okna sliding patio doors. Cost $9,500. Highest model - Super Deluxe Package, Elegante, triple pane. Two years later, 3 of the large glass panels started to show cloudy contamination in-between the glass. Contacted the authorized installer and Okna will provide the replacement panes, but they would not cover the installation cost of $325. Replacement was due to the poor manufacturing quality of the product and now I am stuck with the cost to replace the defective product. Contacted Okna and they refused to cover the installation cost.

Hope I don't need to replace them again in 2 years. Okna should fully stand by their products. Shame on you Okna. Update 4/5/2022. I contacted Okna again, as they requested in their response to the original review. After further discussions Onka, we agreed to a satisfactory resolution. It did however take a month of waiting to receive it. But bottom line, Onka finally did make it right.

Cheap windows! Quality does not meet industry standards! I purchased 8 windows a few years ago, had them installed and ALL THE CHEAP, PLASTIC LOCKS ON THE WINDOWS ARE NOW BROKEN SIMPLY BECAUSE THE PLASTIC CLIPS CANNOT HANDLE THE ELEMENTS! DON'T BUY THESE CHEAP WINDOWS.

Don't not make the same mistake about buying OKNA doors. The company don't stand behind there products. I got a sliding door that has misfits like when it rain the water reach the inside sliding channels. OKNA has been to my house twice and the issue not resolved. Please think twice before you buy this kind of product. Also the stuff are not professional and very rude on the phone as well as in person. Horrible company and product
