In addition to getting all of our windows replaced with Thermal King Windows, we recently replaced our back door and included a doggy door in the wall for our pups to run in and out. I knew right away (as I did with the windows) that replacing the door with their product has added value to my home. The workmanship is solid and the installation is by far the best. I can only recommend these guys, but you will not be dissapointed.

The sales rep was good, but the installers were very sloppy. The trim pieces were uneven, parts were missing, different types/looking screws were used inside the door jam, screws were missing that needed screws, the sliding door couldn't open all the way because the safety jam was installed in the wrong place, the screen door didn't have all the parts, caulking was missing in areas, etc.etc. they said their job was done and wanted to get paid right then.
After they were called out to finish, it took 4 guys another 2 hours to "finish" the finished job. Hmmmm. I have 40 windows that need replaced. I am SUPER sad that we won't be using Thermal King Windows for the rest of the house. I LOVE their product, NOT the way the installers install. When the supervisor was trying to make things right, he kept saying this installer was their best installer. Wowza, they need to up their standards on what is the best. He was HORRIBLE and tried to argue his stall quality. Very, very sloppy and I am so disappointed that we went with Thermal King.

Installation crew was fantastic! We were originally told installation would take a couple of days for our 16 windows. They were able to complete the job within about 6 hours. Complete upgrade from original single pane windows to triple pane. We could immediately tell the difference in the outside noise level and look of our home. There are no more drafts or cold window panes! The lead installer showed me how to use my windows and walked with me as I tested each one. I highly recommend Thermal King Windows. They may not have been the lowest priced but they were not the highest price either. Definitely feel like I will get my monies worth with this home update.

The windows are so beautiful and so well made we are extremely happy with the service we received I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
