Completely satisfied with the excellent work. Terry installed a wall-mounted opener on our old heavy door. Hooked everything up (outside pad, inside button, remote), and even replaced some worn-out rollers on a second door while he was here. They are both so ridiculously smooth they feel and sound like new doors despite being 25+ years old.

The wooden threshold of our house with its original 1938 door was suffering from wood rot. It was going to require a custom replacement and I'd chatted with a number of people, most of whom suggested Bondo and the remainder saying nothing could be done. I happened on this company via a Google search. Their technician (Terry.very professional) came out the same day and said he would have to get their expert to take a look at it. John came out a few days later.

He was an absolute gentleman and obviously took great pride in his work and said, "Yeah, we can do this." A couple of weeks later he installed a custom-made beautifully stained oak threshold that looks AT LEAST as good as the one installed in 1938. He installed it today and I could not be happier. I was starting to worry that we were going to have to replace the entire door and frame (which would have also needed to be custom-made for A LOT more money) but I suspect this will serve us well for many years. It's a rare delight to find such a great craftsman. Thank you.

To the Rescue! Friday night before a long holiday weekend, and after pulling into my garage and hitting the door remote the door jams 8 inches from the floor. My car is now trapped inside the garage. In frustration I go to bed planning to call Door Systems in the morning. Bright and early I give them a call for help. I am put on their morning schedule and by 11:00 am John shows up at my front door.

It turns out that one of the lift cables has failed (actually rusted through). He not only replaces both cables, but readjusted the entire door and replaced one of the rollers. I am also impressed that the door runs smoother than it ever had. Everything I had said in my earlier review not only is underscored but was an understatement. Go-to guys? Believe it!

Terry came out an did an awesome job. My doors are original to the building in '65. He custom fabricated a new part and fixed up the other rollers on the spot since he had never seen rollers like mine before. Couldn't be happier, doors slide open so much easier now and the gap is gone. He was fast and affordable. Would totally recommend!

I called Thursday for a non-urgent garage door need, Brittney came out Monday afternoon and took great care of us. She was a total pro, walked me though her observations, made recommendations at varying price points and was most importantly consultative. No pressure for expensive options which makes me more likely to call for an upgrade when needed. I've seen Door Systems trucks around town for years but had it in my mind that they were commercial only. I'm glad I called them and plan to call for future needs. WELL DONE.
