They installed a sliding glass panel in my bathroom. After a few weeks it shattered on me and I got stitches. Since this incident it has fallen off the track twice. The bottom track fell off and they had to replace it again. Then they no-showed me. This company is reckless and doesn't care about their product or service.

Nelson Glass replaced a window in my bathroom. Honestly.perfection from start to finish. The glass is an upgrade because of William, Joey and Dan's expertise in installation! I was concerned because I did not have any replacement tiles. They installed without any sign that it was a new piece of glass. The team of three was amazing and I believe actually left the site cleaner than it was. I am beyond thrilled with William, Joey and Dan and Nelson Glass! I would highly recomment!

Unfortunately still waiting on the window. I was called and they left a voicemail on Tuesday at 9:04 am saying they they couldn't find my window, and saying it would be 2 days which would be Thursday and now I'm being told to wait longer. This is bull! Should have went with another company I guess.

Great service! Needed to get shower glass installed and they were fast and efficient. Great communication on getting us scheduled and informing us when there was a delay from Vendor. Very pleased with my experience here.

I own a rental home in Gilbert and needed to replace out the old "builders grade" shower enclosure in the master bath I phoned 3 local glass places and Nelson was the most responsive. Came out, measured, quoted and measured again. Install went perfectly. No drama! Couldn't be more pleased.

Office lady hung up the phone on me. Offered only one appointment time before saying I wasn't trying to let them do the work. Came out to my house 5 hours before the scheduled time. Broke a window and left it completely uncovered for hours while they left the house for my pets to escape and our cooling bill to increase. Avoid if at all possible.

Found this company on Groupon and scheduled an estimate for my bathroom shower remodel. Also got competitive bid from Gilbert Glass. While both companies were very professional and polite, the quality and price of Nelson Glass was OUTSTANDING by comparison! Beautiful work! Cainan was adorable! Recommend them forever!
