Great company and product. Did our research and decided to go with Sierra. Our carpenter is impressed with the quality of construction and neither of us can see a difference in quality between these and our Marvin Aluminum-clad windows that we previously installed to our walk-out basement. Direct sale without going through a distributor saved us thousands. Todd is so knowledgeable and patient, and worked with us for a long time to fully educate us and make sure that our design and color choices were going to make us happy for a long time. Kim in the office is cheerful and efficient and we were happy to do business with Sierra Pacific.

We have Sierra Pacific Windows throughout our house and the quality couldn't be higher. Our local distributor is high quality and easy to deal with as well so I would suggest for anyone looking into a window replacement to start at the local level since Sierra Pacific does not have local offices for distribution.

As a builder/contractor for 20+ years I was apprehensive to consider the Sierra Pacific product because it lacked name recognition in our market, but after visiting two of their manufacturing facilities in WI and understanding their commitment to service and quality I've begun using the product with great success. I'm so pleased with the service and quality that I installed them in my new home last year and am extremely pleased with the appearance, performance and ease of operation. Kudos to Todd and his team for providing great support. BTW - I also love their service team installing the screens at project completion and doing final adjustments on ALL supplied products, patio doors included.

Do NOT count on them for warranty fulfillment. Even though they bought out HURD, they do not honor 20 year warranty when the door/window is clearly in violation. Poor customer service.
