Exceptional! Responded within 1 hour of calling on a Monday morning following a holiday weekend about our broken garage door spring. Jamie not only did high quality work but was very respectful. Upon seeing me with a mask, he began putting one on despite working outside, and always kept his distance during any exchanges. 5 stars for response time, quality of work, respectfulness, and price! Oakes has certainly earned both my future business and recommendation to others.

These guys are great. A holiday. Later in the rain they still showed up and got me operational! How long have I been worth Oakes? I've been retired from NWHS since 2005. and was with them long before that!

I had two 9x9, insulated doors installed in my shop. After waiting for them to arrive (thanks, COVID.) these guys showed up and had them installed within 3 hours. All the work was done well, agreed upon price was fair, I am a happy customer. Shop local when you can!

Called the company around 11am, they told me they could make it out this afternoon. By around 1pm Jamie had arrived, checked out the problem and replaced both door springs. He was quick, friendly and professional. It's customer service like that that will have me calling back if I ever need assistance again. Thank you Jamie, great job.
