Briggs was awesome. He immediately saw what the problem was quoted me and had the parts in his truck ready to fix the door. He finished the repair so quickly and explained everything. The text received beforehand was precise and he arrived exactly when they said he would. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Hopefully we won't be needing him again for a while.

Lowry Doors has been great to work with! They got us on their schedule quickly and went above and beyond to ensure our garage functioned properly. They even came back to help us adjust things as needed. We were helped by both Robert and Chris. Highly recommend!

My doors and motors are 40 years old. Last year Lowry replaced one of the motors and did a 5 star job, this year an old spring finally gave out. Robert was our tech, super friendly, knew what he was doing. Got us a quote in a few minutes, repaired it right then and was super quick. Door is running great, I'll update my review of there's problems, but I don't expect any based on the great service

Chris from Lowry was fantastic. He installed the new opener very quickly and it works great. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and helpful. Very highly rated service and they were also able to get our garage door fixed a lot faster than I thought they would be able to.

Our tech Mike was very personable & punctual. He kept us updated on his arrival time. Mike was able to diagnose the problem and gratefully even had the circuit board & support beam with him so we did'nt have to get on a delayed order list. Thanks for another great job by Lowry Doors!
