My garage doors had an issue of making loud striking sounds while they were opening. I first asked another garage door company. Though they claimed it was all because rollers were worn out, the problem came back and got worse a week after they replaced rollers. I could no longer trust them and started searching for another one and then found Door Systems. The technician Joe did a fantastic job. He quickly identified the issue and explained it to me in detail. He fixed it quickly with only a couple of simple replacements. The garage doors now run quietly and smoothly! I should have called the Door Systems at the begining.

Customer service was the worst I've ever encountered. An answering service that answers calls during regular business hours cannot be relied upon to obtain a supervisor to return a phone call. The majority of the time, I've been assured, the outside answering service will pick up when their team is "overwhelmed". After four visits to my home, I was informed that the new door was wrongly sized. It was just a week later that I had to have a painting contractor repaint the new door because the old one had been put with significantly defective paint. Worst service

One of my first review ever. We had a problem with a garage door (logically, right) they send Mr Paul Risi, he is absolutely great and that was maybe best service and technical support I have ever seen. So my kudos to Paul. Highly recommend

Even though we told them we would pay the final payment after we got home from work and had seen the garage door in person, they never once mentioned cash when the installation took far longer than the first two weeks promised. While I was in a meeting, they called me and told me to leave work so that he could go home and pay because they wouldn't leave keys. I wouldn't suggest them because of their poor customer service.

Door Systems was fantastic. Hank Mulloy was professional and timely. He is knowledgeable and recommended the right solution for us. We needed to get rid of the old door and install a new door. They were able to do everything including carpentry work. He was responsive and delivered what be promised. Brian who did the actual garage door installation was absolutely great. Did the job perfectly and exceeded my expectation. Highly recommend Door Systems and Hank/Brian duo.
