Always a great experience with AE door. I was able to get a service appointment within a couple of days of calling. Ron, our service technician, is awesome. He arrived on time and did a great job. Over the years, anytime we've needed service on our garage doors, Ron is our technician. It's nice seeing a familiar, friendly face. He's great about answering my questions and teaching me how to maintain my garage doors. He even showed me a feature on the wall unit that I had no idea about.

We are extremely happy with our new garage door opener. The installation crew was very courteous and professional. The opener is very quiet. One thing we didn't anticipate was the opener has cameras built in. That's a very convenient feature. We highly recommend AE Door!

AE Door installed our garage door 20 years ago, today was my first service call needed. When I called AE Door they were quick to have a technician come out. They confirmed the appointment the day before and sent me a text when the tech was on the way. Todd showed up and was very personable, and got the job done. He was very thorough and efficient. I give AE Door an A+, from the call into customer service to the work being completed. Very reasonable and would highly recommend.

AE was great. From the sales rep who came out to give me an estimate on a new sliding door to Tom and Phil who came out to install it, it was a very smooth experience. They were all prompt, professional, helpful and friendly. I'm thrilled with the door, the installation and the warranty. I would definitely do business with AE again.

I was able to get a service call scheduled for the next day. The technician arrived on time and was able to make the repairs very quickly - and resolve an unrelated issue as well. Will continue to use AE for any garage door issues in the future. Great service

Great experience with my garage door repair! My technician, Todd, was exceptional! He explained everything he needed to do to repair my door. Unfortunately my repair is a "patch" and I will need a new garage door in the near future. He went above and beyond to correct other little things he saw that needed repair that were a result of previous repairs by other companies not being done properly. I will definitely be using AE Door for my new garage door purchase! I highly recommend this company!
