From the first call we were impressed. Christine was a pleasure when setting the initial estimate. Ray was great. So pleasant and easy to work with. Came out and was very quick to get us the estimate. Lead time was estimated to be couple more that but door was in in a matter of weeks. The two gentleman who came to do the install were very pleasant and nice. Door was installed quickly. After a quick overview of the new hardware they were on their way. Cleaned up and wouldn't have known anyone was there. Great company with great staff. Highly recommend for any and all garage door needs.

I haven't actually had anyone physically come to fix anything yet, and that's part of the reason I'm giving 5 stars. I've had different issues with my garage door a few times over the past 3 years, and every time, I've called this company. Every time, Christine has answered and walked me through how to fix the problem in minutes, if not mere seconds. She is literally, no exaggeration, the most knowledgeable, friendly, & helpful person I've ever spoken with for any kind of customer service.

She even kept notes from previous calls and knew exactly which model garage door opener I had, and knew all about it like it was the back of her hand. It's honestly just incredible. So, when I actually do need someone to come fix something in person that I can't do with Christine's help over the phone, I'm calling Gabriel for sure! And no, I was not paid and did not receive anything at all for this review. I'm honestly just blown away at the great customer service, and how much time & money & headache they've saved me.

Had an amazing experience with this company! Christine was great. Very responsive to e-mail, phone calls. she put in so much time helping me pick the most perfect garage door! Ray went out of his way to drop. off color samples and was very prompt at coming out to take measurements! And the two guys that did the installation were so friendly and worked their butts in the heat to get the job done before my fiance came back from deployment! Thank you all!

Don't even bother contacting these people! They were my first call because of their many glowing reviews. My call was answered immediately and communication was good. That's where it ended. I have left numerous phone messages over the course of days with no response. Will move on to another company.
