Really very happy with Jim Dooling and Tilt-In Windows and Siding. I had first called another company that I did a lot of work with before, but they were just too busy to help me out with my project. Even though, Tilt-In Windows & Siding was extremely busy, too, they still immediately came out and did my measurements and put me on rotation for my window glass installation and caulking of all exterior windows.
This was very, very important to me since I needed the work done as soon as possible. The owner himself came out to review the project and as soon as the windows arrived, they scheduled the installation. The installers were very professional and precise with their work. When so many places now-adays are turning customers away, Tilt-In Windows & Siding worked me right into the schedule as if I had been a customer for many years. Highly recommend. Very good, family-oriented company.

All I had them do was repair a ripped screen. Between the estimate provided over the phone, the drop off and pickup I could tell this was a good company to do business with. The person I spoke to (probably the owner) was knowledgeable, polite, and fair. The work was completed on time as promised and I received a call when the screen was ready for pick up. Got a good vibe from this company even though it was a very small job.

Tilt-in Windows recently came out to replace our ALL of our windows and re-do pieces of our siding and trim. From beginning to end, it was a wonderful experience. Lenny, the owner, executed on the vision we had in our minds while also making some great suggestions! This included installing a large picture window that is the showcase of the house! All of the workers were pleasant to be around and very considerate of my newborn's schedule as they worked in different areas of the house while my baby was sleeping. Lenny was on the job helping the guys clean up and to oversee everything. We didn't even pay until the installation was complete! Thank you guys for being a part of the best decision we made when it came to getting a home improvement. We are very appreciative!
