We are truly delighted with our new retractable awnings with built in retractable vertical screens. Tim was extremely knowledgeable, professional and cordial throughout the process. He worked with us and guided us through options and choices. We ended with 3- 13' awnings for a total of 39 feet that go from house to the end of our deck giving us complete shade, partial shade or no shade as we desire. We are throughly impressed with the workmanship and beautiful look. Giglio Awning exceeded our expectations. We couldn't be happier with the outcome.

I live in BHW. All of my neighbors recommended Giglio. My Sales Rep, Rick Decker, came to our house, on time and spent a lot of time going over our options. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The awning was installed 3 weeks before the scheduled install date, Mr. Decker, followed up with us to see if we were satisfied with the install. I live on the bay so the summer sun it quite strong. The awning was a brilliant solution. All the breeze without the heat. Use the breeze, not the AC! Why did I not do that years ago? We know last year had some supply chain issues and getting contractors was not easy.but Giglio send a great guy (forgot his name) over in a few days of my call. They delivered on time and the workmanship was fine and friendly. - Happy in Surf City.

We needed a repair on our system that is 13 years old and it was not installed by Giglio Awning. The sales team, installers, office personnel and owner were all very professional and accommodating. I am unable to speak to the quality of work as there has not been enough time from completion of job to rate I will however, say that owner is unprofessional as well as staff on job. When trying to have a professional conversation with him about concerns, he blew up, said things that were extremely unprofessional and hung up phone, I understand this is new ownership and we have used them in the past and had excellent service. Bad experience and bad service.

We had a remote solar shade installed for a large kitchen window that gets full sun in the afternoon. Raul installed everything perfectly, and was very professional and efficient while at our home. It works great, and was exactly what we were looking for to keep out the sun that makes it so hot in the afternoons! We are so delighted with our purchase of awnings from Giglio. We have a great deck space but didn't use it much once the sun hit it and made it too hot and too sunny to sit outside. Then we purchased two large awnings to cover the whole deck space. Now we can sit outside all morning and afternoon. We are completely shaded from the sun exposure. Another great feature is that when the awnings are out they keep the inside of our house cooler too. This was money well spent on a quality product.

From the very start of our inquiry into purchasing an awning, Giglio personnel were extremely helpful and courteous. Our sales person Trish was very knowledgeable and helped select the complimentary fabric which worked with the color of our house. The people are nice enough it is just that they have not hit, or even come close to a promised deadline yet. Ordered new canvas the 1st week in April and the install was scheduled for 3-4 weeks. Several emails and calls later and we got 1 of 3 installed Memorial Day weekend. Still waiting for the completion of the remaining 2 a few days before the 4th of July. Go ahead and use them if you are not in a hurry.
