They sell nice products. Spent over $2200 for a great front door & storm door. Told the salesmen that I would need 3 to 5 minutes to replace the 25 year old burglar alarm switch into new frame and said no problem. Almost needed a large mop to wipe up installers tears. Said u are holding me up. A few years later the fancy door pull handle on storm door broke so I went to their main showroom. Girl said to wait a few minutes and lady owner would be there. Worthless clueless owner said that was not from them. Sent me over to S&H hardware store where they charged me 250% more then Amazon then made me show drivers license because I was charging something. They replaced 4 windows in my house a few years ago and were great. Great install including outside capping & caulking. Wiped down area & ran shop vac. Very clean. Would get them again.

I had Gallagher Brothers install 3 windows in the front of my house in Mayfair. The cost was reasonable because they completely capped all around the windows, which was a lot on my house. Although I knew there was a delay with ordering, I appreciated the fact they were available a month early. The guys came early, set up a good work space on the inside & outside of the house with tarps laid around the job site. They worked efficiently & quickly. They did an excellent job of cleaning up when they were done. I still need more windows & will call them again.

I had an estimate done for two doors. Called to schedule, and the owner reported that the estimate was incorrect and he had to come to do another. So he came and said he would have to review with his wife. Then they started to dodge my calls. I have called back multiple times and they keep "taking messages" and report that they will get back to me but never did. Extremely disappointed.

Gallagher Bros installed all my windows and my brothers windows. We both had a great experience. We had a manufacturer defect but the issue was handled promptly and efficiently. My family and I will be ordering doors in 2020.
