We have had Crawford out for two unrelated service calls this year on our residential garage for a new opener, and now the torsion springs. Having a trained technician take care of these two projects for a reasonable price was a huge relief. We had an appointment with your company today between 12 and 3. The gentlemen arrived between noon and 1. I was pulling one of the garage doors up for him and he assisted in helping me pull it up the rest of the way. Since we have two garage doors he wanted to know which door I was calling about. I have to say he because the opportunity for me to get his name never presented itself. He looked at me and said " Well, which one is it girl? ".

I immediately felt disrespected. There was no greeting or giving me his name. He could have said Hi ma'am, Miss, Mrs used my last name ect. When he realized I was upset he said " Oh, I'm sorry. Ma;am? " He stated it like a question aa if even simply using my name would have been out of the question. I felt not only disrespected but belittled and it was very unprofessional. I called the company right away and the man I spoke to came to a conclusion that it was nothing more than " dry humor ". and made me feel as though it was my fault I did not get the employee's name. I can assure you I found nothing humorous about the situation. Date of appointment Friday July 16th

I had originally decided to call 3 companies to get a quote on installing my garage opener, Crawford was the second company I called. I went with them for two reasons, they were pleasant and very helpful. They took the time to listen and offered suggestions. Tyler was the person I talked to, and Jim came out to install. Jim was professional and easy to talk to and joke around with. Thanks much. The garage is finally "singing a soft tune" instead of screaming at me every time I opened it. I guess her vocal chords had had enough so she quit on meI would definitely recommend them. Be blessed.

Called for a quote, which I had already requested yesterday via their website but didn't hear back, and talked to a "Rick". 1st thing he asked me was "how tall is the door" without even letting me finish what I was saying. Seemed like I was bothering him with my simple request to install a garage door opening unit and put me on hold for about 3 minutes to just come back and bark "$220". I thought these people were supposed to be courteous and friendly?

I most certainly did not get that. Don't care about the money, but I do care about customer service because if I'm giving you my money, you better have a civil tongue in your head and be courteous as well
