We went to the showroom in the spring as we wanted to turn a small bedroom into a big closet space. After several phone calls we finally got the first schematic. It wasn't what we wanted, so we went back, showed them what we were looking for by pointing to pieces in the showroom. The salesperson said someone would get back to us in a few days. That was the last time we heard anything from anyone affiliated with the business. We were prepared to spend over $5000 (based on the initial estimate), but they apparently decided our business wasn't worth their time.

I bought a new house in Amherst and ordered all my blinds from Creative Space before I moved in. I couldn't be happier with their service or the quality of their product. Isaac measured everything exactly and was very patient in reviewing all the (many) choices involved in purchasing Hunter Douglas Blinds. Even better, he installed the blinds literally as soon as the orders came in and provided me with temporary blinds on the windows where ordering was held up. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.
