I spent $10,000 on these mirrors. Four years later there are all these black marks coming through. I had a different mirror company install my office mirror saying that the black marks was the glue coming through the mirrors. They also said any reputable mirror company should offer a 20 year warranty. I called Dulles Glass and Mirror and told them what was going on. We are a dance studio and our mirrors are important.
They never called me back.so I call again. I'm told they offer a 1 year warranty on a $10,000 job. They pretty much said they can't help me. DON'T GO TO THIS COMPANY! I rarely leave reviews but this is not cool. I will be taking further action.

We had a very positive experience with Dallas glass from start to finish. Our contractor suggested this company because he had good experiences with their customer service with previous clients. My sales associate was Chandler Knapp and he was very helpful and able to answer my questions and was patient when I made some changes. The shower door that we chose gave our shower an incredible luxurious feeling. The installers were exactly on time and were polite, courteous, and respectful.

Ricky Harper intercepted my order to verify and make sure everything was right, then told me what to expect next. The measuring and installation team was very professional and easy to work with, did their thing and came back as promised when scheduled. They did an awesome, neat job. At first, I thought it was pricey, but you get what you pay for. After all, I was replacing the cheaper builder version of a shower door that was beyond cleaning and repair no matter what remedy was attempted. This is a quality product and quality people.

This company does a great job. But more than that they stand behind their work and products. They installed a mirror in my master bathroom and after two years a small ring was showing. I called to replace it and even put a deposit down. The manager said he thought the ring was from an adhesive used. He refunded my money and replaced the mirror at no charge. They had a customer willing to pay and instead they let me know the issue and refused to charge me.
This is the integrity that you wish all companies followed. I can't say enough about this company. Additionally, they followed up constantly and treated me as if I was paying for the replacement. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Amazing company! Wish I could give you 10 stars! Thank you!

Beautiful glass and super quick delivery! I wanted glass shelves for my existing 18 year old cabinets from Wood Mode. I saw other reviews on how Dulles has the best pricing and was pleasantly surprised I could have new shelves for my cabinets and without breaking the bank. My Husband measured half of the shelves incorrectly, by just measuring the opening and not the actual shelves, I immediately ordered more shelves and they arrived in less than a week.
In total, I ordered 20 shelves and not one was broken. My cabinets look beautiful now with the glass shelves and the lighting I installed. Dulles wraps and packages their shelves with great care. I will definitely order from them again and highly recommend them! UPDATE: As of Feb 2022, Dulles Glass did not exceed my expectations. I wanted 4 small custom glass shelves for my vacation condo. The price was $600! No way was I paying that! I went with another company I found on Google. It was less than half the price and the quality was the same. Plus, shipping was longer with Dulles by two weeks.

We recently purchased a custom ordered glass tabletop replacement from Dulles Glass. We are very happy with our purchase! This was our first purchase from Dulles. We chose them based on their good reviews online, fair pricing, and ease in ordering a custom tabletop on their website. Their product is a perfect fit for our table. It was very well packed in the shipping box and the product arrived in perfect condition.
The only hiccup in the process was with the delivery, which was not the fault of Dulles. Fed Ex tracking showed it would arrive on 12/8 between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm. Waiting around, I checked the tracking number which was now showing a delay. Ideally Fed Ex would notify the customer if there was going to be a delay. Fed Ex tracking now showed it would arrive on Sunday and gave us another 12-hour window. Sunday came and went with no delivery and no notification from Fed Ex of any kind. The package finally arrived yesterday.

Can't see enough about Dulles Glass. We live in NJ and received quotes from several places around us. They were at least twice the price. We found Dulles online and they were terrific. So easy to deal with. Our shower door came when they said it would, it came with everything necessary to install it, and the measurements were perfect. I would recommend them to anyone.
