Our church needed to have a steel exit door replaced. They were very professional. Provided a timely quote which detailed the work to be done and all the hardware to be provided. Installation was done with good workmanship. Alignment with frame was good and all debris were removed.

Susquehanna door service came to my business to perform a service where the door was slamming shut. Door closure was hanging by 1 screw or bolt. Got a bill for $147.00 for adjusting the closure. Why wouldn't a tech put the closure back up with 2 screws? Called another Door company and they repaired the closure with 2 screws, Aligned the door with re-positioned door hinges. It took 2 techs to perform this job because they needed another tech to lift the door to fix the hinges and charged me &171.68. I would never recommend Susquehanna Door Service. Susquehanna was very argumentative on the phone saying they did what they were called to do. No they did the very least they needed to do.
