Hanover: Mon-Fri 7am-4pm. Gettysburg: Mon-Fri 7am-7pm, Sat 8am-3pm, Sun 10am-3pm. Closed Hanover Saturdays.

Do you serve contractors?

Yes, we provide dedicated support for contractors including blueprint takeoffs, material ordering, and delivery services through our experienced sales and logistics teams.

Did terrible job on mother's porch. Would not recommend to anyone. Very disappointed. All but $5000.00 Wonder if owner knows what kind of work his guys are doing.

Delivery Nightmares! Can't deliver on time, Can't offer answers and getting the goods is a total mess. An order is NO good if it can't be delivered on time. Counter staff is up on product knowledge but what you have to go thru to get delivery is not up to speed at the current time.

Stopped in on a Friday ( 6/29/18) with my husband to look at storm doors. There were 3 men at the counter, but only one of them was assisting a customer. The other two just carried on with their conversation. We were quite disappointed with the lack of customer service shown. We had heard by MANY that regardless of your limit on your plastic or your money being green, if your skin is any shade of brown, count yourself out of luck. I'm sure there will be those that will dispute this, but I was there and this happened to me.

We went with Schmuck for windows and doors for our home. We went into the show room and saw our options. Chris came to our home to get measurements and get us an estimate. He was very professional and friendly. There was no pressure at all. He followed up with our quote and we choose to have them do the installation. The men who did the install were professional and did a good job. We had all of our windows and a sliding glass door replaced.

The sliding door gave them some trouble and I think it took more time than they planned, but there was no additional cost to us. We honestly didn't shop around, but the service was great and the prices seemed reasonable. Much better than dealing with the pushy folks that come to our door and try to schedule an estimate. Great service from Schmuck!
