I entered the equity business and was greeted immediately and was informed about what is currently available and what was selling fast. Clean display room and lots of options. The best part everything was reasonably priced. I'm so excited to get exactly what I needed for my office. Thank you Equity!

My dad ordered a certain item, they told him that it would take X amount of time, then they called to tell him it would take double the time. When the item did arrive, it was the wrong item and the front desk lady named Isabel was extremely rude to my dad. My dad paid for that door, but not for the one he received. He tried to speak with the lady Isabel and she was not even trying to work with him. I am not sure how great of a company this is, but customer service was terrible.
