I strongly regret choosing this company to install and trim our new windows. The quality of work is so bad and careless that even after they returned for a second attempt, they got it wrong. The management is impossible to get hold of, the salesperson did not know the product and I had to call the window manufacturer direct to get answers. I am now looking for another contractor to fix their shoddy work.

Windows were installed Nov. 13, 2020 My experience was all positive. I was impressed by the professionalism of the team. All the members were courteous, respectful of my property and very pleasant to deal with. I could tell they knew what they were doing & never did I doubt of their ability to deliver even though my install was quite challenging. They left the job site very clean & followed the mask wearing rules at all times. I would recommend this company to anyone who is considering window replacement or other needs.
