While anyone building during COVID knows, production issues are rampant and have become the normal. I was expecting these and do not hold Brothers responsible. We did have one window that wasn't including in the original shipment of 19 windows. Initially, Brother's was great and was looking into it and got it re-ordered. However, upon pickup, the window was the incorrect size. I had to uninstall a couple windows that were already installed, reframe multiple window openings and shuffle windows around to make it work, and the company didn't even offer to give me a partial discount even though the window was smaller than the one I had ordered.

While not worth the time or money it would take to fight it, I did want to post here so others were aware of this problem. Maybe they're better with full installs, but for product only orders, they do not stand behind their product or their delivery.

If I could give zero stars I would. They are one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I was a contractor for years and they do the most sloppy work I have ever seen. Not to mention, they don't want to back their work up and make it right. They talk how great their products and service is, however, it was the most horrible experience I've ever dealt with a company. Stay far, far, far away from this company. You might as well throw you money don the toilet and have a better experience.

We had a 22 windows installed today. We thought it was going to be a 2 day job. What a surprise when they completed the job in 5 hours! They were so friendly and left the house perfect! They were prompt and answered all questions! Definitely will use them again!
