This place is great! Called and spoke with Vivian for service. She was quick and knowledgeable. A joy to talk to. Received same day service and the tech did a great job! My new "go to" for service. They also do entry doors as well. Highly recommend

This is a very dishonest company, I asked them for an estimate on a side entry door for my garage & they claimed that the whole garage would have to be remodeled and no one made a door to fit that. I went to another company that same day & it took them 2 minutes to find a door that would fit perfectly, also about 2 years ago I called them at least 5 times for an estimate on new doors & they totally ignored all my calls. They used to be a good company but they have totally fallen apart in the last couple of years. It is very disappointing that I had such extremely poor service!

I attempted to get a screen door from this company. Upon initially entering the showroom, I was impressed with the service. however, that changed quickly. The receptionist set up an appointment to come and measure the door at my house the following day between 11-1. The next day, I waited and no one came. At 1pm I called. The receptionist apologized, said she got busy and wasn't able to make it. She said she could come the following day without me being home.

I waited two days and didn't hear back about the measurement or deposit needed to continue on with the order, so again I called her. Once more she said that they were so busy again she wasn't able to make it out. She promised she would come on her lunch hour that day and get back to me. I gave her the long weekend, called on Tuesday, to which ONCE MORE I got the same excuse. Her words were literally, "the problem is just finding time to get out there" (which is funny because I live 5 minutes from their store location). I suggested that perhaps they were too busy to then take on another project and that I would be looking elsewhere.

Absolutely the worst door company we have ever dealt with. Do not use this company. Sloppy workmanship, parts ordered wrong, door hinges installed crooked, and charges us a service call to come back out to correct their mistakes on a brand new installation. Buyer be aware. -Concerned Customer in SCS
