Jack installed our doors on 4/15/22. It took him less than 4 hours by himself to take out, and put in the new doors. He was very efficient, personal, and professional. The doors look great. We are very pleased.

The installer, Jack Eavis, was great. Arrived early (after calling first), installed double-wide garage door by himself in 2 hours, and was neat. Best thing was he noticed a dent on the outside trim(?), and asked if I wanted it replaced. (I thought a handyman or siding installer would have to fix that.) And he was going to notify the correct personat Jaydoor to call me to schedule that. And the door itself is great. I went with the best insulated one; it's so much quieter on the new tracks. Jack also educated me on lubricating the track so it stays quiet longer. Great job!

I'm a pretty flexible and patient person. I certainly understand when unexpected issues come up. With that being said, we ordered a door from Jaydor back in the spring of 2021. We still do not have our door installed. It's a simple one car door. After not hearing from them after they were here for measurements, I called them only to find out they forgot to place the order. Months later, they showed up with the wrong color. Today, (months after the wrong color), they came with the wrong size. How does a company stay in business when this is their customer service. And not once, have I received a call from them apologizing for the inconvenience.

Oftentimes a company's strength emerge when there is a problem or miscommunication. Jaydor's owner resolved a billing problem with us and even called us from his vacation. their work is excellent as is the ownership
