I have one large window in my house that always has a problem with wood rot. It is the only window that I have completely replaced by the window manufacturer and less than 5 years later, it has wood rot again. Instead of replacing it this time, I used these guys to take care of the wood rot and they did a great job. The estimator and the people who did the work were all professional and on time, they also cleaned up perfectly before they left. In addition, they pointed out the root cause of my problem which I need to take care of. I would definitely recommend IWR for any window repairs.

Thanks Michelle, Ed, Matt and the guy who did my estimate. The guy who did my estimate gave me a discount on the spot. Thanks, Michelle for for being so professional, so many times people who do scheduling and deal with the public don't get any credit, you got my two remaining windows/Glass installed really fast. Thanks again Ed and Matt for the installation of my new glass in my windows.

Brett came out for a consultation and we could not be happier with his knowledge of windows and his honesty. Saved us from moving in a direction of getting new windows which would have been a major expense. Highly recommend having Independent Window Repair come take a look at your windows before purchasing new ones.

We have older windows - approximately 18 years old. The original maker of the windows have gone out of business. They are wood incased, inside and out. I tried a few companies but they wanted to replace the large stationary windows that have a little wood rot in the corner. They also wanted to put in vinyl windows, this would never have matched the rest of the windows that were still in great condition. IWR repaired the windows and made them look original and did a completely wonderful job. They were courteous and professional and cleaned up after they were done. I would highly recommend this company for any work. Thank IWR, I appreciate the work you did.
